NURSES Professional Medical Staffing has many nurses who have been with us since 2001.We have an extremely satisfied clinical staff. We pay as high a hourly rate as possible and are often the highest paying agency at a given facility. We match assignments to nurse's preferences and needs, and we get to know our nurses personally. We are always available by phone and we are familiar with our nurse's situations and preferences. We provide health care and life insurance for which we pay 100% of all full-time employee premiums. We are generous with retention and year end bonuses. We are enacting a company retirement program which will become available in 2006. All employees are fully covered by BWC. We provided access to BLS/ACLS and other certification and we also provide both web based and direct continuing education. We also throw at least one big party a year. POLICIES

Specialty Areas
All Psychiatric, Intensive Care Units, Dialysis, ER, Oncology, OR, PCU, Recovery, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Step Down.

Cancellation and Availability

We will notify you at least two hours prior to any scheduled shift cancellation and we will attempt to provide an alternative assignment in the event of facility shift cancellation. We need your availability schedule at least one and preferably two weeks in advance of the current date. All possible available shifts will be filled for you. Inability to work previously provided available time will be considered a cancellation and is grounds for sanction and possibly termination.

Payroll Policy

All time slips must be received in the PMS office by facsimile transmission no later than 9:OOAM every Monday morning in order to be paid on the following Friday. There are no exceptions to this rule. Any time slips received after 9:OOAM on Tuesday will result in a ten dollar payroll deduction.

Overtime
The Professional Medical Staffing payroll period is from Sunday 7AM (shift 1) through the following Sunday at 7AM. All work in excess of forty hours per week at the same facility will be compensated at time and one half the regular rate.

Holidays
Holidays will be paid at time and one half the regular rate.

HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION
Professional Medical Staffing is pleased to offer all Full-Time Employees Health Insurance.
All clinical Staff must schedule at least 32 hours/week (continuously) for 30 days in order to be eligible for Health Insurance coverage.

25-32 hrs/week - We will pay 75% of the premium for the nurse

32+ hrs/week - We will pay 100% of the premium for the nurse

* All spouse/dependent premiums will be paid with pre-tax dollars that will be withheld from your paycheck.
