Medical Staffing has registered nurses in almost all
specialties available who are extremely experienced (we guarantee
at least two years of experience in their area of expertise) and
who have all undergone rigorous screening.
Each nurse has a completed criminal background check, drug screen,
area specific skills check, a written test on their area of expertise.
We fully orient each of our nurses and we require them to attend
orientation at each new facility where they work. Our orientation
includes safety and emergency procedures as well as diversity
training and health screening. Our nurses all are vaccinated against
all appropriate communicable diseases as well as screened annually
for tuberculosis.We maintain a database of all certifications
as well as continuing education credits which we update monthly.
Every applicant is screened by personal interview as well as by
contact with prior employers and supervisors. We know our staff
